My Commitment to the buffalo trace Council
As your Scout Executive, I will…

Develop a shared vision. I will integrate the council strategic plan to reach benchmarks annually to achieve council’s mission.

Demonstrate 100% commitment. I will work at all levels and with staff assignments that may be beneficial to team success.

Lead by example. As a leader, I will not ask my team to do a task I have not done in the past or would not do myself.

Exhibit strong organization skills. I will focus on timelines and planning to achieve goals.

Innovate. I will think outside the box to address priorities and overcome challenges.

Not settle for the status quo. I will consistently improve upon previous results.

Be visible in the community. I will actively network with high profile community leaders to advance the Council’s vision.

Teach the staff. I will ensure the Council staff receives instructional opportunities so they can be proficient at their mission to grow Scouting.
